Sec. 32.056. COMPLIANCE WITH TEXAS HEALTH STEPS

The commissioner by rule shall develop procedures to ensure that recipients of medical assistance who are eligible for Texas Health Steps comply with the regimen of care prescribed by the Texas Health Steps program.
