Sec. 12.0011. AUTHORITY TO ENTER INTO COOPERATIVE AGREEMENTS

To carry out its duties under this code, the department may enter into cooperative agreements with:
(1) private entities; and
(2) local, state, federal, and foreign governmental entities.
