Sec. 13.114. TOLERANCES

Latest version.

(a) The department shall establish tolerances and specifications for commercial weighing or measuring devices used in this state. The tolerances and specifications shall be similar to those recommended by the National Institute of Standards and Technology.
(b) A person commits an offense if the person fails or refuses to comply with the tolerances and specifications established under this section.
