Sec. 13.121. DISPOSING OF CONDEMNED WEIGHING OR MEASURING DEVICE

A person commits an offense if the person or the person's servant or agent disposes of a weighing or measuring device condemned under Section 13.111 or 13.120 in a manner contrary to those sections.
