Sec. 13.407. CRIMINAL PENALTY

(a) An individual commits an offense if the individual is required to be licensed under this subchapter, is not licensed under this subchapter, and performs or offers to perform an inspection or test on a weighing or measuring device for compensation.
(b) An offense under this section is a Class B misdemeanor.
