Art. 13.34. CERTAIN OFFENSES COMMITTED AGAINST A CHILD COMMITTED TO THE TEXAS YOUTH COMMISSION |

An offense described by Article 104.003(a) committed by an employee or officer of the Texas Youth Commission or a person providing services under a contract with the commission against a child committed to the commission may be prosecuted in: (1) any county in which an element of the offense occurred; or (2) Travis County. |
