Art. 42.151. FEES FOR ABUSED CHILDREN'S COUNSELING |
|
If a court orders a defendant to pay a fee under Article 37.072 of this code, the court shall assess the fee against the defendant in the same manner as other costs of prosecution are assessed against a defendant. The court may direct a defendant: (1) to pay the entire fee when sentence is pronounced; (2) to pay the entire fee at some later date; or (3) to pay a specified portion of the fee at designated intervals. |
