Sec. 32.157. PROJECT EVALUATION; EXPIRATION

(a) After the expiration of the project, the agency may review the project based on the annual reports the agency receives from the board of trustees of participating school districts. The agency may include the review of the project in the comprehensive annual report required under Section 39.332 that covers the 2012-2013 school year.
(b) This subchapter expires August 31, 2013.
