Sec. 41.251. COMMISSIONER ORDER

If the commissioner is required under Section 41.004 to order the consolidation of districts, the consolidation is governed by this subchapter. The commissioner's order shall be effective on a date determined by the commissioner, but not later than the earliest practicable date after November 8.
