Sec. 148.004. TEXAS-INTERNATIONAL EDUCATIONAL DEVELOPMENT FUND

(a) The Texas-International Educational Development Fund is an account in the general revenue fund.
(b) Funds that may be credited to the account include gifts, grants, and legislative appropriations.
(c) The money in the Texas-International Educational Development Fund may be used only for the Texas-International educational development program.
(d) From funds appropriated, the comptroller of public accounts shall issue warrants to each eligible institution in the amount certified by the advisory committee to the comptroller.
(e) Projects shall be reviewed and funded each biennium.
