Sec. 57.12. APPLICATION OF SUNSET ACT

(a) The Texas Guaranteed Student Loan Corporation is subject to Chapter 325, Government Code (Texas Sunset Act). Unless continued in existence as provided by that chapter, the corporation is abolished and this chapter expires September 1, 2021.
(b) If the corporation is abolished, the comptroller of public accounts shall serve as trustee to administer the assets of the corporation and satisfy all outstanding obligations.
