Sec. 61.803. ADMINISTRATIVE AUTHORITY

(a) The board shall administer the Texas partnership and scholarship program. The advisory council shall assist the board as provided by this subchapter.
(b) The board shall provide financial assistance on a competitive basis to eligible entities that operate partnership programs that qualify under this subchapter.
