Sec. 61.923. NUMBER OF AVAILABLE RESIDENT PHARMACIST POSITIONS

(a) In each year, the total number of compensated first-year resident pharmacists may not exceed the total number of persons in the preceding year's combined graduating classes of all colleges of pharmacy.
(b) At least 50 percent of the combined total number of resident pharmacist positions must be in community pharmacy practice.
