Sec. 61.925. DURATION OF PHARMACIST RESIDENCY

A person may not hold a resident pharmacist position for more than two years, or for a period longer than the period usually required for a resident pharmacist to complete a graduate pharmacy education program approved by the Texas State Board of Pharmacy for the specialty in which the resident pharmacist seeks certification.
