Sec. 63.004. REPORTING REQUIREMENT

  • An institution receiving a distribution from the permanent fund established under this subchapter shall provide a report to the Legislative Budget Board no later than November 1 of each year. The report shall include the total amount of money the institution received from the fund, the purpose for which the money was used, and any additional information that may be requested by the Legislative Budget Board.
