Sec. 1001.203. APPLICATION

Latest version.

To operate or do business in this state, a driver training school must apply to the commissioner for the appropriate license. The application must:
(1) be in writing;
(2) be in the form prescribed by the commissioner;
(3) include all required information; and
(4) be verified.
