Sec. 241.021. DELIVERY OF CERTIFIED COPIES OF JUDGMENT

(a) After the judgment in a contest is rendered, the secretary of the senate or the chief clerk of the house of representatives, as appropriate, shall promptly deliver a certified copy of the judgment to the secretary of state.
(b) If another election is necessary under the judgment, the secretary of the senate or chief clerk of the house of representatives shall promptly deliver a certified copy of the judgment to the governor.
