Sec. 127.095. DETERMINING SUCCESS OF TEST

  • (a) A test is successful if a perfect count of the test ballots is obtained and the automatic tabulating equipment otherwise functions properly during the counting of the test ballots.

    (b) The testing authorities shall determine whether a test is successful.
