Sec. 202.056. WAIVER OF SERVICE OF CITATION ON CERTAIN PERSONS NOT PERMITTED

A parent, managing conservator, guardian, attorney ad litem, or guardian ad litem of a distributee who is 12 years of age or older, but younger than 19 years of age, may not waive citation required by this subchapter to be served on the distributee.
