Sec. 1158.404. CONTINUANCE OF SALE

Latest version.

(a) A public sale of real estate of an estate that is not completed on the day advertised may be continued from day to day by an oral public announcement of the continuance made at the conclusion of the sale each day.
(b) A continued sale must occur within the hours prescribed by Section 1158.403(b).
(c) The continuance of a sale under this section shall be shown in the report of the sale made to the court.
