Sec. 156.2046. CONVICTION OF OFFENSE

For the purposes of Section 156.2041, 156.2042, 156.2043, 156.2044, or 156.2045, a person is considered to have been convicted of a criminal offense if:
(1) a sentence is imposed on the person;
(2) the person received probation or community supervision, including deferred adjudication or community service; or
(3) the court deferred final disposition of the person's case.
