Sec. 156.508. FAILURE TO COMPLY WITH SUBCHAPTER OR RULE ADOPTED BY THE FINANCE COMMISSION

The failure of an applicant under Section 156.504 to comply with a provision of this subchapter relating to the recovery fund or with a rule adopted by the finance commission relating to the fund constitutes a waiver of any rights under this subchapter.
