Sec. 204.111. DISCLOSURE OF LACK OF DEPOSIT INSURANCE

Each foreign bank licensed to establish and maintain a Texas state branch or agency shall give notice that deposits and credit balances in the office are not insured by the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation.
