Sec. 66.110. STAY OF SUPERVISORY ORDER

Latest version.

(a) A temporary supervisory order may not be stayed pending a hearing unless the commissioner orders a stay.
(b) A final supervisory order may not be stayed pending judicial review unless the reviewing court orders a stay for good cause.
