Sec. 2054.0541. STATEWIDE HEALTH CARE DATA COLLECTION SYSTEM

The department shall assist the Texas Health Care Information Council and the Texas Department of Health with planning, analyses, and management functions relating to the procurement, use, and implementation of a statewide health care data collection system under Chapter 108, Health and Safety Code.
