Sec. 2155.443. PREFERENCE FOR RUBBERIZED ASPHALT PAVING

The commission may give preference to rubberized asphalt paving made from scrap tires by a facility in this state in purchases of rubberized asphalt paving material if the cost as determined by a life-cycle cost benefit analysis does not exceed by more than 15 percent the bid cost of alternative paving materials.
