Sec. 2161.125. CATEGORIZATION BY SEX, RACE, AND ETHNICITY

The comptroller, in cooperation with each state agency reporting under this subchapter, shall categorize each historically underutilized business included in a report under this subchapter by sex, race, and ethnicity.
