Sec. 2166.054. TITLE TO AND CONTROL OF BUILDINGS; INITIAL OCCUPANTS

(a) The commission shall obtain title for the state and retain control of:
(1) real property acquired for a building site; and
(2) any building located on the site.
(b) The commission or the legislature shall determine the initial state agency occupants of a building.
