Sec. 2166.157. ACCOUNTING FOR PROJECT ANALYSIS EXPENSES

When the legislature approves a project and appropriates money for its construction, the engineering, architectural, and other planning expenses necessary to make a project analysis are the first charge against the project for which the analysis was made.
