Sec. 2175.192. PURCHASER'S TITLE

A purchaser of surplus property at a sale conducted under Section 2175.186 or 2175.187 obtains good title to the property if the purchaser has in good faith complied with:
(1) the conditions of the sale; and
(2) applicable commission rules.
