Sec. 2204.602. REVERSION TO STATE ON FAILURE TO MAINTAIN

If the United States fails at any time to maintain or have maintained the Louisiana and Texas Intracoastal Waterway, the easement granted under Section 2204.601 terminates and reverts to the state.
