Sec. 2205.010. PRESIDING OFFICER; MEETINGS; QUORUM

(a) The voting members of the board biennially shall elect a voting member of the board as presiding officer.
(b) The board shall adopt rules for calling and holding meetings and conducting business.
(c) Two voting members of the board constitute a quorum.
