Sec. 2205.012. STAFF

(a) The board may employ and compensate staff as provided by legislative appropriation or may use staff provided by the comptroller or the state auditor's office.
(b) The board shall develop and implement policies that clearly define the respective responsibilities of the board and the staff the board uses.
