Sec. 2304.006. LIMITATION ON CONSTRUCTION OF HOUSING OR ACQUISITION OF PROPERTY BY DEPARTMENT

(a) The department may not construct housing.
(b) The department may not acquire housing except to enforce a lien under Subchapter D.
