Sec. 2304.009. RELATIONSHIP OF DEPARTMENT AND LOCAL GOVERNMENTS

(a) The department shall adopt standards and procedures for the administration of this chapter by a local government or local agency.
(b) The department may provide technical assistance to a local government.
