Sec. 2304.010. DESIGNATION OF LOCAL AGENCY BY LOCAL GOVERNMENT

The governing body of a local government may designate one or more local agencies to exercise a power or duty of the local government under this chapter. The governing body may withdraw the delegated power or duty at any time.
