Sec. 2306.065. DISCRIMINATION PROHIBITED

An individual may not, because of that individual's race, color, national origin, or sex, be excluded from participation, be denied benefits, or be subjected to discrimination in any program or activity funded in whole or in part with funds made available under this chapter.
