Sec. 2306.094. SERVICES FOR THE HOMELESS

The department shall administer the state's allocation of federal funds provided under the Emergency Shelter Grants Program (42 U.S.C. Section 11371 et seq.), as amended, or its successor program, and any other federal funds provided for the benefit of homeless individuals and families.
