Sec. 2306.117. PAYMENT OF EXPENSES; INDEBTEDNESS

(a) The expenses incurred in carrying out the functions of the housing finance division may be paid only from revenues or funds provided under this chapter.
(b) This chapter does not authorize the housing finance division to incur debt or liability on behalf of or payable by the state, except as provided by this chapter or other law.
