Sec. 2306.293. FEDERALLY ASSISTED MORTGAGE LOANS

A mortgage loan or interest in a mortgage loan purchased or sold under this subchapter may include a mortgage loan that is insured, guaranteed, or assisted by the federal government or a mortgage loan that the federal government has committed to insure, guarantee, or assist.
