Sec. 2306.491. BONDS NEGOTIABLE INSTRUMENTS

Notwithstanding any other statute, a bond and interest coupon issued and delivered by the department is a negotiable instrument under the Uniform Commercial Code, except that the bond may be registered or subject to registration under this chapter.
