Sec. 2310.304. REQUEST FOR APPLICATION FOR DEFENSE READJUSTMENT PROJECT DESIGNATION

A qualified business in a readjustment zone may request that the governing body of the readjustment zone apply to the bank for designation of the business as a defense readjustment project. The request must also be made to the readjustment zone's administrative authority, if one exists.
