Sec. 25.1901. POTTER COUNTY

Latest version.

(a) Potter County has the following statutory county courts:
(1) County Court at Law No. 1 of Potter County; and
(2) County Court at Law No. 2 of Potter County.
(b) The county courts at law of Potter County sit in Amarillo.
