Sec. 26.261. MATAGORDA COUNTY

Latest version.

(a) The terms of the County Court of Matagorda County begin on the third Mondays in February, May, August, and November and continue until the court has disposed of its business.
(b) The commissioners court may change the court terms under Section 26.002.
