Sec. 28.035. JURY TRIAL

(a) A party is entitled to a jury trial if the requesting party files a request with the court not later than one day before the date on which the hearing is to be held and at the same time pays the jury fee to the judge.
(b) The jury is provided as in other civil cases in justice court.
