Sec. 41.013. COMPENSATION OF CERTAIN PROSECUTORS

Except as otherwise provided by law, a district attorney or criminal district attorney is entitled to receive from the state annual compensation equal to at least 80 percent of the annual compensation provided for a district judge in the General Appropriations Act.
