Sec. 41.201. ELIGIBLE COUNTIES

This subchapter applies only to:
(1) Harris County; and
(2) any other county in which:
(A) the county officials are compensated on a salary basis; and
(B) there is a criminal district attorney or a county attorney performing the duties of a district attorney.
