Sec. 43.114. 27TH JUDICIAL DISTRICT

Latest version.

(a) The voters of Bell County elect a district attorney for the 27th Judicial District who represents the state in the district courts having jurisdiction in that county.
(b) An investigator appointed by the district attorney is not required to be a licensed attorney.
