Sec. 54.741. FORFEITURES

Bail bonds and personal bonds may be forfeited by the criminal law magistrate court in the manner provided by Chapter 22, Code of Criminal Procedure, and those forfeitures shall be filed with the district clerk, except in cases in which the county clerk is the clerk under this subchapter.
