Sec. 75.105. AREAS OF EXPERTISE

(a) Except as provided by Subsection (b), a judge may only be appointed to the list applicable to his area of previous expertise.
(b) On request, an applicant may be appointed to one or more lists if the applicant meets the requirements established for each area of expertise.
